I am staring my fitness journey from today where i am gonna consume 1500 calaries diet having 90 gram protein and burning 500 calaries each day and continue this for 2 months to loose 15 kg ......❤
Women who don’t have x-sections get a pouch bc the muscles of the lower belly open up but don’t get stitched up. If you get a good doctor, they actually stitch your low muscles back up and the scars now are at the bikini line versus from umbikicus to pubis. The pouch can result from poor stitching but the muscle is repaired. Natural birth women have to get a tummy tuck to stitch those muscles back together.
This is the 3rd attempt of this one. Each time I make it a bit further. Made it 42 min this time! Next time I'll aim for at least 50!

Started with this workout today ( 18th June , 2024 ). Could do only till 30 mins. My lifestyle till now was sedentary and I am trying to change it now. I am 5'4 and 70 kgs currently, with a huge belly . I wish I continue with this routine and see the desired results 🤞🧿 Leaving this comment as a reminder to myself and I'll try to update it after keeping up with this routine till 1 month.❤

Day 1 this workout wasn’t like any other workout I’ve done from home it was fun but also did the job !
Not really related to the video but it would be nice if people were more mindful of service workers. People take videos in front of me like this at the cafe I work at constantly and it’s always kind of annoying. I’m just trying to do my job and I don’t want to be filmed or be in anyone’s video or pictures and it looks like this guys didn’t want to be either.

So I'm really trying to START working out again. Today I finally started after saving your channel and watching some videos. It's funny how perfectly timed this is. My toddler was supposed to be laying down in bed and runs up to me at the same time your toddler ran up to you in the video 😂. I hope I can continue to build my discipline with your 10 minute videos until I create a habit!

Wooo! Thank you! That was a really fun work out - had so much fun and worked up a great sweat! I had to modify some things, I can't do the "fast stepping feet" due to issues with my ankle , so I just did pulse squats in place of that for now. This is my day one of my journey with ya. I feel exhausted but great!

First time working out in my life and this knocked me out. I did the whole workout though and I think I can start doing it daily.
I love your video but the next moves are never the exercises that are coming next. Just what you’re doing to stretch out. I like to figure out what is next bc that helps me decide whether I’m using smaller dumbbells or not (tricep bigger dumbbells, shoulders smaller dumbbells) - thanks!
